If you are after a one bedroom appartment in a hotel with all the hotel facilities such as fully serviced daily, swimming pool, gym, sauna and breakfast included in the centre of Pattaya then this is a good hotel. If you are just after a room with all the above facilities then there are much better deals around the traps for example the Areca Lodgein Soi Dianna.

?The Royal Suite room 408 in which we stayed has a large bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a balcony off the bedroom . The bedroom has a large TV and has its own air conditioning. Off the bedroom is the bathroom with a modern toilet (WC) spa bath, seperate shower and basin . Moving to the lounge room through a sliding door this room is spacious with another large TV very comfortable furnishing .

There is another balcony off this room with an outdoor setting. Being on a corner you have a third balcony over looking the swimming pool. In the lounge room there is a desk in a corner with internet access which you get 50 hours free. There is a huge kitchen with dining table and a full size refridgerator. The room is serviced everyday with clean sheets towels, water and teabags/coffee/sugar etc.

?On the downside the breakfast is very ordinary but the restaurant has been leased out as of the 1st May 2008 and hopefully will improve. The swimming pool is large and clean situated on the second floor. At times it was difficult to get a towel and there were only 3 umbrellas. Out in the sun it can get hot.?

The Location is supurb but no ocean views. It's a good hotel for longer stays.
